How to Enroll in Day Treatment
Getting started is simple. Just follow these three steps:

1. Contact Us: Call our office at 435.862.8273 and ask to speak with admissions regarding "Day Treatment Services."
​
2. Complete the Application: We will send you a secure link to our patient portal. There, you can easily fill out the day treatment application online.
​
3. Clinical & Insurance Review: Once you submit your application, our clinical team will review it to ensure our program is the right fit. Simultaneously, our insurance team will verify your policy and walk you through your coverage benefits.
Program Overview
Duration:

Typically 2–4 months, determined collaboratively by the youth, family, and treatment team.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
This structured format delivers intensive therapy comparable to inpatient care, while allowing participants to return home evenings and weekends for real-world application of skills.
