Laura Bartschi, ACHMC
Laura has spent the last 20 years working in the mental health field as a group leader, resource coordinator, and crisis worker. Although this work was important to her, she felt the need to further her ability to help people by becoming a counselor.
She graduated from Southern Utah University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and received her Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama. She is currently working toward full licensure as a CMHC.
Laura’s experience includes working with adolescents and children in outpatient settings, college students, and in private practice.She loves working with people of all ages and different life experiences.
She especially enjoys working with college students dealing with the stress and demands of university life. As your therapist, Laura will create a safe space where you can share your pain and struggles without judgment.
Laura enjoys being outdoors with her family and friends camping, boating, and soaking up the sun. She also enjoys going to concerts, learning to play the guitar, reading, binge watching a favorite show, and arranging flowers
